Dave and Jennifer Peterson have been on the beach for several decades. In this interview, they describe their purchase of the original cabin, and some of the rebuilding and improvements that resulted in the large and wonderful house they now maintain at the bottom of the south stairs. They also describe the changing tenor of the beach, raising their two girls at the beach, and the plethora of children that are now found at the beach. They’re also able to weave in quite a few points about the community ethos that pervades life at the beach.
